We met your entire team at our first appointment for examination. We were very pleased with the warm and welcoming approach by Dr. Erkan Kaptanoğlu and his team.

In light of the information given to us by our doctor, we established a date and place for the surgery. We were very pleased that they brought new suggestions in consideration of our questions while determining the location. When we went to the hospital for admission as scheduled, the Doctor’s entire team was present. They informed us every step of the way until the operation. Our Doctor informed us once again just before surgery.

During this process, they always approached us with a smile, they were understanding, all of them were very knowledgeable, which eased our minds. After the operation, they also came to check us several times during the same day. Although the following day was a Sunday, our doctor was by our side again. And although it was a serious operation, we successfully survived through this process thanks to my doctor’s expertise and the smiling faces in your team.
